How do I book a consultation?
Create a user account, open a teller’s profile, and book an available slot. After payment, the session appears in your consultations and chat room.
Why do you ask for birth date, time, and place?
Natal charts, Mahabote, and transit reports need an accurate birth record. That data is used only to generate your readings — never sold or shared with third parties.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Users cannot cancel or refund a confirmed booking. If the appointed teller cancels, a 100% refund is issued automatically.
What does the blue badge mean?
A verified teller has passed identity review and met platform criteria. The badge is a trust mark, not a guarantee of any specific outcome from a reading.
How do teller payouts work?
Tellers receive 90% of consultation earnings. The remaining 10% covers platform hosting, chat, and payment processing. Withdrawals go to a verified bank or wallet.
Are readings a substitute for professional advice?
No. Charts and live sessions are for personal insight and spiritual guidance. They do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.

Every user retains full autonomy and personal accountability. ZataHub and its affiliated tellers are not liable for actions or decisions made based on consultations.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded by the user. If an appointed teller cancels a scheduled session, a 100% full refund will be automatically issued back to the user.
Community Conduct
Respect tellers and other users. Harassment, fraud, or misuse of chat rooms may result in a temporary ban or permanent kick after admin review.

Credential Security
All account passwords are hashed with cryptographic standards (Bcrypt) before storage. Plain-text credentials are never accessible by administrators or third parties.
Astrological Data Usage
Your exact birth date, time, and location are stored strictly for generating natal charts, Mahabote calculations, and transit reports. They are never shared, monetized, or used for commercial profiling.
Consultation Confidentiality
Readings, appointment notes, and live consultation rooms remain strictly confidential between you and your appointed teller under our platform non-disclosure charter.
